Office Tours and Broker Opens
Each week, typically Tuesdays between 11am and 1pm, agents tour new listings where listing agents are holding a "broker open house." These open houses allow agents to tour new listings, for the first look at the newest properties. Broker open houses are of increasingly critical importance in today's real estate environment because very few agents regularly preview homes for their buyers outside of attending broker open houses. We always hold broker open houses at our new listings.
