Private Sales Program
For many people, for various reasons, listing a home on the MLS is not the best fit -- young families who find it incredibly difficult to make their home readily available for showings, for example. For these and others who prefer a "quiet listing," we offer a private sales program that utilizes our extensive networking capabilities including our Network One tool while avoiding potentially excessive time on market. This program is most certainly not the best for most sellers, but can help some avoid the inconveniences of an MLS listing while taking advantage of cost and time savings. It's just another way we try to provide individualized options for people with different goals
