Tim Sipprell

Before launching his successful real estate business in 2002, Tim was an accomplished marketer, holding management and strategic planning positions for advertising agencies Fallon McElligott and Campbell Mithun. It was in his formative years at Fallon that Tim developed a passion for superior service and exceeding client expectations through innovation and creativity. A lot of what he learned then he applies to his business today. Prior to launching his advertising career, Tim earned a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Minnesota 's highly ranked Carlson School of Business, making him one of the few real estate agents in town with an MBA education.

More recently, Tim was voted a Mpls/St Paul Magazine Super Real Estate Agent in 2006 and 2007 by past clients and peers. Tim grew up in Minnetonka , lived in the Highland Park neighborhood of St. Paul while attending St. Thomas University , lived in the Linden Hills neighborhood in Southwest Minneapolis in the 1990s and currently resides in Edina with me and our two sons. As a long-time resident with exposure to and passion for a diverse array of area neighborhoods, Tim is uniquely positioned to help people in several areas of town, and is especially tailor-made for those looking to migrate to and from the city, inner-ring suburbs and outer-ring west suburbs. More importantly, I have seen how he treats his clients -- he cares about each and every one of them and never compromises his high principles in exchange for expediency.
